These terms govern your use of Page Analytics. Please read them before you use the service, because by using it you agree to be bound by them.

"We," "us," and "our" mean that company. "You" and "your" mean you, the user. "The service" means the Page Analytics platform.
You are responsible for the equipment and the internet connection you need to reach the service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice to you. If we discontinue the service as a whole, the Termination section below applies.
Use the service lawfully and in line with these terms. Do not use it to transmit or post anything threatening, harmful, defamatory, or infringing on anyone's intellectual property. Do not try to access any part of the service you are not authorized to use.
Page Analytics is a paid service. New accounts start with a 21-day free trial with full access. When the trial ends, you need a paid subscription to keep using it.
You agree to pay the fees for your subscription, including any applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and your access runs to the end of the period you have paid for, or you can ask for a refund instead, as described below. We may change our fees and billing methods, and we will tell you before any change takes effect.
Our refund policy is no questions asked. Write to support@optimisticlines.com within 30 days of a purchase and we will refund it in full. After 30 days, we will refund the unused part of what you paid, whenever you ask.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Our refund policy gives you more than that, and nothing here takes the right away.
The software, text, graphics, logos, and images on the service belong to OPTIMISTICLINES - UNIPESSOAL LDA and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Do not copy, modify, distribute, or display any of it without our written consent.
Our privacy policy sets out what we collect, what we do with it, who else sees it, and what rights you have under the GDPR. It also names the company that controls your data.
We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements, or that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for all claims arising from your use of the service will not exceed what you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here excludes or limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
You agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the service.
Portuguese law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in that country's courts.
We may change these terms. The current version always lives on this page, with the date of the last change at the top. If we change something material, we will email you before it takes effect. Using the service after a change takes effect means you accept the new terms.
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, or if we discontinue the service. Unless you have breached these terms, we will give you reasonable notice and refund any fees you have paid covering the period after your access ends. You can end it yourself at any time by deleting your account.
These terms, together with the policies they refer to, are the whole agreement between you and us about your use of the service.
